NASHRA is developed by ARRIS IT, a technology company based in Amman, Jordan. We built NASHRA because we saw pharmaceutical teams spending days on tasks that should take hours — manually converting documents, re-entering data, and praying nothing was missed before submission.

The problem was hiding in plain sight.
Pharmaceutical teams in the MENA region were spending 3–5 days per product information leaflet — manually converting Word documents to XML, cross-referencing every sentence, and hoping no version had slipped through the cracks before a JFDA submission.
The tools available were either government-portal grade (painful to use) or enterprise legacy systems (expensive, inflexible, and built for EU markets). Nothing was designed for the Jordan ePI Type 2 specification. Nothing was built with FHIR R5 as a first-class citizen.
NASHRA is our answer to that gap. An intelligent transformation engine, not a document editor or a template generator — but a platform that understands pharmaceutical content and turns regulatory work from a liability into a competitive advantage.
